Our seasonal fruits and vegetables are harvested from the nearby splendid orchards that are supplied to us daily.
We are breeders of the Best Galician Blond Veal:
From our farm in Castroverde (Galicia), comes the Galician Rubia veal, raised in freedom based on natural pastures; in churrasco, roasted ribs “Corte Argentino”, our famous Creole beef chorizo, up to the unbeatable Mama Grill hamburger, all homemade; there is nothing like knowing the origin and closing the circle in our kitchen in sight.
